**R**equirements**:

- 5+ years of Product Management Experience delivering consumer electronics or enterprise hardware
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate product strategy both internally and externally.
- Experience planning, scoping, and prioritizing in an agile team structure.
- Experience collaborating with software engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience in building strong user-centric consumer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of hardware standards and challenges within the maritime industry eg. IEC 60945, DNVGL-CG-0339
- Familiar with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001 and IEC 61162-460

**Responsibilities**:

- Design new products with key focus on optimization, maintainability, and security
- Conduct market research and analysis to develop product strategies and roadmaps that create value for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches
- Manage the product roadmap and communicate product plans, status, and issues to stakeholders
- Report on customer satisfaction/ performance metrics for HaaS products
- Develop and implement SaaS (Software as a Service) and HaaS (Hardware as a Service) product strategies aligned with company goals

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Good grasp of Maritime, Business and Technology knowledge is highly desired
- Experience in using maritime solutions (either office or on-board)
- Experience and understanding of agile methodologies, particularly the Product Owner role
- Team player with good communication skills to collaborate with multi-nationalities stakeholders
- Eye for details and Problem solver
- Experience Delivering Hardware products and devices (IOT)
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Experience of launching products to market full end to end cycle
- Understanding of SAAS and HAAS business Models
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
