**Job Descriptions**:
A Technology Product Owner to join us as we scale across the region. You will play the role of a technology product owner for Cloud Infrastructure, Data Platform and Developer Experience

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead the architecture and development of Bank Technology Platform: cloud, containers, data platforms and some developer tools.
- Industrialize the rollout and deployment of company infrastructure into multiple partner locations and cloud regions.
- Own vision and road map for nexus banking infrastructure
- Collaborate with security, risk and functional delivery teams to understand the platform evolves to support the business and technology needs
- Contribute to securing of the platform offering using DevSecOps best practices, SAST and DAST tools
- Lead platform activity automation efforts
- Hire, Mentor and Guide team members
- Help make the nexus platform scalable and highly available
- Collaborate with Developer Productivity Engineering Lead to provide a world class experience for all our developers
- Collaborate with Cloud Platform Lead to provide one click setup/deployment
- Collaborate with Data Platform Lead to provide self-service data solutions

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- 3-5 years of experience working with Cloud/Container or Data platform
- Experience in project delivery or product management
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Team lead experience in DevOps or Data.
- Experience prioritising tasks with technology teams
- Strong background in agile delivery methodology with experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of AWS, GCP or Azure Cloud

**We are also looking for**:

- Experience with NoSQL Databases, Elasticsearch and Kafka.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud, Containers or Data Technologies
- An innovator who thinks out of the box to craft creative platform solutions.
- A storyteller with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A people leader with experience in team management and a passion in people development.
