**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the sourcing, procurement, and receipt of fertilisers, chemicals, golf accessories, spare parts, and other items essential for the seamless day-to-day operations of the golf course.
- Work closely with colleagues from various departments within SDC, such as the Finance & Procurement Department, to prepare, execute, and uphold vendor contracts effectively.
- Conducts a monthly inventory audit of fertilisers and chemicals, subsequently ensuring accurate system updates.
- Maintain accurate records of NEA Hazardous Substances and SPF explosive precursors, ensuring that usage and inventory information is current and accurate.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of storage areas, encompassing fertiliser and chemical storage as well as the golf course accessories and spare parts store.
- Generate reports utilising platforms such as Cimso, TaskTracker, and MyTurf.
- Provide guidance to mechanics regarding the scheduling of maintenance and repair work for machinery and equipment.
- Contribute to maintaining a secure working environment within the Agronomy premises by actively participating as a member of Sentosa's Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Team.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Course Superintendent.

**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in communication with strong teamwork abilities.
- Highly proactive with effective decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates punctuality and discipline, ensuring consistent and dedicated work performance.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as necessary.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a readiness to acquire proficiency in Cimso procurement system, TaskTracker system, and Toro MyTurf system.
- Able to meet stringent deadlines.
