**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor stock level, stock forecast and keep track of any incoming shipments; maintain order and ensure accuracy within the Company's inventories.
- Assist in and manage the integration of inventory software with daily work flows.
- Be adept in using the Company’s Bar Code System and inventory software.
- Conduct periodic stock take, maintain and update records, and generate weekly inventory reports.
- Liaise with Engineering Department, vendors, and workshop on stock fulfillment and inventory-related issues.
- Manage stock deployment and allocation.
- Manage deliveries for all clients, and vendors; arrange and schedule delivery appointments for store-to-store transfer.
- Handle matters pertaining to Tools & Equipment, Calibration records, etc.
- Provide administrative support in the Inventory Control department and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum vocational certificate, and/or tertiary diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 years experience with inventory work highly preferred.
- Adept in using MS Office 365 and barcoding, preferably familiar with ERP software.
- Meticulous with details and conscientious with data accuracy.
