- Coordinate logistics activities from procurement until delivery.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location.
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report
- Filing of documents
- Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
- Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
- Data entry for inventory management
- Verification of goods receipt
- Ensure that all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately to prevent inventory discrepancies
