**LOGISTICS & INVENTORY OFFICER (CONTRACT-BASED / FULL TIME)**

**Award-winning medical device startup (GyroGear.co**) has a single opening for a **Logistics & Inventory Officer**at our **Singapore office**. We are developing intelligent wearable devices to stabilise hand tremors for 200 million people globally.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
We are looking for a **Logistics & Inventory Officer**whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Logistics Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods from the warehouse to customers.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Track shipments, manage documentation, and resolve shipping issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and order volume to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient inventory turnover.
- Customer Packing and Shipping
- Supervise the packing team to ensure products are packed securely and meet quality standards.
- Develop packing guidelines to minimize damage during transit.
- Monitor and improve packing workflows to reduce delays and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address delivery-related inquiries or complaints.
- Team Leadership
- Train and mentor staff in logistics and inventory best practices.
- Set performance goals and regularly review team output to ensure high standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, accuracy, and efficiency within the logistics team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Zoho, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and logistics.
- Ability to analyze data for optimizing logistics and inventory processes.
- Familiarity with packing standards and practices for various products.
- Understanding of customer satisfaction and its relation to delivery and inventory management.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations, especially during peak demand periods.
