**Regional eCommerce Senior Manager**
**As Sephora continues to grow rapidly in SEA, eCommerce has continuously been at the center of our growth strategy. Commercial campaigns and our overseas eCommerce operations have been instrumental in our digital transformation regionally and have been key success elements in our eCommerce performance. eCommerce in the meantime has also become a competitive and hyper-innovative environment. Therefore we seek to hire a Regional eCommerce Senior Manager, keeping SEPHORA eCommerce campaigns and overseas eCommerce operations in a best in class position**
**As the Regional eCommerce Senior Manager, you will be a team leader working closely with multiple stakeholders and you will play a key role in our regional commercial strategy & the growth of our eCommerce operations in the Philippines.**
**Reporting to the Regional eCommerce Director, you will lead the development of pan-regional campaigns to the next level of sophistication across 8 countries in SEA & sustain our growth ambitions for our SEPHORA.PH operations.**
**This is a key role within a very dynamic team, and will suit you if you are determined to make an impact, creative and numbers driven.**
**You will foster a data-driven approach to campaign planning and eCommerce performance analysis, identifying new strategies or best practices and then facilitating their adoption by individual Country Teams and your team.**
**Your success will be measured against improved revenue generation, best practices adoption and our PH market growth.**
**What you will do**:
**REGIONAL COMMERCIAL PLANNING & CAMPAIGNS**
- **
You will coordinate different Country Teams and Functional Teams (Performance Marketing, CRM, Branding, Creative etc) to ensure next level performance for pan-regional commercial campaigns and achievement of agreed objectives**
- **
You will contribute to building and refining models for campaign forecasting & performance measurement working alongside your team in Regional Campaigns and E-Commerce**
- **
You will foster the definition and testing of innovative campaign strategies and mechanics, working alongside the country teams**
- **
You will contribute towards the definition of the product roadmap for campaign management and analytics**
- **
Manage one direct operational report**
**PHILIPPINES eCOMMERCE**
- **You will define and own yearly and monthly growth plans for SEPHORA.PH eCommerce**
- **
Develop local & strategic partnerships to grow sales**
- **
Participate in the market operations profitability optimization**
- **
Be the voice of SEPHORA.PH at a regional level**
- **
Manage 2 direct operational reports**
**Required Skills**:
- **
7+ years e-commerce experience (CRM / Paid Channels / Commercial planning)**
- **
A university degree preferably in Analytics, e-Commerce, Business Management or Marketing**
- **
Advanced usage of Microsoft Excel / Google Analytics**
- **
Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.**
- **
Strong analytical and quantitative skills**
- **
Excellent assertive communicator with the ability to work effectively with different partners across the business**
- **
Innovative and creative - continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes**
- **
Commercially focused with a strong sense of customer behavior - key advocate for customer voice within Sephora Digital**
- **
Proficiency in MySQL and database querying is highly preferred**
