**Our organization**
- Within the IT & Operations division, the department Digital Excellence Center (DEC) in Singapore is strong of 150 staff. Our centers of excellence have established a recognized know-how on process digitalization and data analytics while our expertize on artificial intelligence is growing.
- Every day, we work jointly with domain IT teams or directly with business stakeholders on digitalization of their processes and leveraging on their data while, in the background, we design, build and frame the next generation of shared services.

**Context**
- APAC management has launched an innovation initiative aiming to foster business development and improve of the client experience and service quality. The Innovation Solutions Lead will join a geo-dispersed team operating from China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan and Singapore which is responsible for the success of this initiative.
- Together, you will partner with business units and support functions from our 9 countries in Asia on inception of promising ideas arising from internal sources, potential partnerships or market ambitions.
- The team will collect insights and achievements from our competition or other economic actors which are relevant for our activities as well as reach, listen and convey partnership opportunities (fintech, deeptech ) to business units’ leaders.
- The team will organize ideation events through multiple format, targeting a variety of audience and manage communication around innovation over different channels, both internal or external.
- As a member of the technology department, you are accountable for assessment of the feasibility of each idea. You will collaborate across all the board with IT experts, consolidate their conclusions and envisage multiple options for achieving our goals. You will present outcomes and recommendations to Asia Innovation board.
- You lead the delivery of solutions or oversee it done and coordinate roll out and pilot phase with business stakeholders.-

Bachelor and above in relevant discipline
- **Profile**
- The right person, will be technical and analytical, and possess significant experience on initial study phases of technology projects and/or product management.
- Experience working within the technology industry or technology advisory is highly desired.
- Will have experience at working with business leaders to define and solve real industry or customer challenges is a must. As such, strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
- Will have 8+ years’ experience in customer-facing digital innovation or equivalent consultative or selling role, or technology program/product management
- Is able to multitask and manage activities of different nature: work prioritization, communication, collaboration, and management.
- Strongly believe that technologies can change financial products or services and constantly stay abreast of all technology development.

**Key job responsibilities**
- You report to head of Digital Excellence Center department.
- You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial technology environment, and working with cross-functional teams as many parts of the program will have interdependencies with other teams within technology department and business units. Typically, cross-functional collaboration includes Business change leaders, IT architects, operation teams, business, legal, risk and compliance stakeholders.
- You foster innovation across our organizations in Asia, encourage critical and disruptive thinking that will translate into ideas, and ideas into relevant experimentations.
- You drive the innovation governance and ensure alignments of our actions in Asia with global strategy and/or business strategy. You reach understandings and agreements with senior management as needed.
- You help our business units and support functions on their innovation initiatives, advise Asia management on their potential and move quickly to “go-to market” and reach pilot stage for selected initiatives.
- As such, you mobilize IT experts, coordinate and consolidate their studies and elaborate on achievable plans.
- In liaison with communication team, you lead an attractive communication plan about innovation objectives, activities and achievements targeting either our employees, our client or our markets.
