If you have a passion for technology in the energy sector and want a career in manufacturing/supply chain amidst a lean culture, we want you The GE Vernova Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (inclusive of manufacturing, sourcing, materials, and quality) functions at GE Vernova.

**What you’ll do**:
OMLP is a two-year entry-level rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.

There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMLP will complete:

- Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
- Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
- Technical (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)

**What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)**:

- Engineering degree OR Supply Chain degree with manufacturing experience
- Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (without rounding)
- No more than 2 years of full time industry experience

**What will make you stand out**:

- Prior intern experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain (preferred)
- A major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Ability to solve problems in a team / manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with all levels of the organization, innovation-driven, customer-focused, lean mindset, team player, and accountable
- A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain
