**Entity: Allianz Insurance Singapore**

The role will take prime responsibility for pipeline and relationship management with brokers and underwrite within the stipulated Underwriting Authority Limits.

**Responsibiities**:

- Proactively manage the relationship process and strenghthen the business relationship with key broker partners.
- Effectively manage broker administration and broker file maintenance.
- Increase AIS "Size of Broker Wallet", meeting New/Upsell and Cross Sell targets as per Channel's sales plan.
- Effective pipeline management (renewals and new business prospects).
- Proactively manage internal relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track of Underwriting or Development role in GI insurance business. Robust knowledge in various Line of Business.
- Experience of delivering in an analytical role (sales environment, controlling roles or similar). Robust knowledge in at least one trade sector.
- Demonstrable experience of fostering long term, profitable relationships at senior level in broker and client organisations.
- Successful track record of prospecting new brokers and experience with Multi-national Programme.
- Experience working in complex, global matrix organization.
- Strategic Market Management: ability to define segmentation and client differentiation strategies; ability to define clear value proposition.
- Portfolio management: ability to articulate businesses based on AIS multi-line offering and benefits.
- Professional insurance qualification (e.g. BCP, PGI, HI and Comm GI).
- Strong communication and presentation skill.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skill.
