Singapore BOM BOM PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in handling clients' technical questions about BOM BOM products and making appropriate recommendations based on their pet’s health conditions
- Strong command of pet food products available in the market and assessing bioavailability across brands
- Dispense pet nutrition advice; timely problem-solving and effective, fact-based troubleshooting
- Work closely with Procurement and Operations teams to develop new products and ensure product conformity.
- Perform forensic nutritional analysis and research.
- Work alongside partner laboratories to ensure data integrity and nutritional content of meal ingredients.
- Assist with R&D projects on animal dietary requirements and food analysis, driving research topics and sharing content with Marketing team and CS team.
- Provide cover for the Customer Solutions team for Korean and Singapore markets, with adherence to Nutrition Team and Customer Solutions Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in pet events/pop-up to educate pet owners on pet nutrition and generate new leads.Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in Animal Sciences, Food Science, or Nutrition a must
- Experience in dealing with animals preferred
- Strong microsoft excel and excellent writing skills
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills as well as scientifically inclined
- A love for dogs and cats will be a plus
- Ability to 'challenge the norm'
- Fluent in Korean for the linguistic needs of our Korea client base
