
HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and matters
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
- Monitor and adminstration of all payroll matters, including CPF submission
- Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is adhere among all employees
- In-charge of company recruitment, training, and staff benefit program
- Work with hiring manager to design job descriptions and coaching program for new hire
- Active monitoring of new hire probation period to ensure smooth boarding
- Work with Management Team to design new KPI monitoring system and carry out regular appraisal exercise
- Work with Management Team to strategically plan and implement HR policies
- Handle internal feedback and employees progressive reviews and assessments regularly
- Coordinate with government agency for related grants
- Assist with office adminstratives including preparing and relaying internal/external MEMO and meeting minutes
- Promote positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR
- Degree with major in HR Management or equivalent
- Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of employees
- Ability to handle stress due to heavy recruitment requirements
- Possess high level of resilience
