- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting on key account activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both Wenaas Workwear and key clients.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any issues to maintain strong partnerships.
- To inform product development and marketing initiatives, provide feedback to internal teams on product performance, customer needs, and market demand.
- Using our CRM system, maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent.
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in customer service, and Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the workwear, PPE, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Marine and Oil & Gas sector, with an understanding of industry trends and client requirements.
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
