**About the team**
Doctor Anywhere's Operations team is a crucial part of the company. We ensure the day-to-day excellence of our TPA business, virtual and in-person clinical services, resolving operational issues in a timely manner and providing the best customer experience possible. We make sure that our customers remain our top priority.
**About the role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage sensitive, high-risk reactive and proactive communications on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media channels within set timelines.
- Act as the primary contact for Doctor Anywhere (DA’s) social media customer inquiries while maintaining highly professional and courteous communication at all times
- Handle challenging escalations, adeptly take posts or issues offline when required.
- Respond to forum page conversations to provide accurate and timely information about DA’s product & services.
- Assist in customer engagement as required and with good conflict resolution skills.
- Pinpoint trends and be able to recommend improvements to workflows, product and the day-to-day operations in general.
- Keep updated on workflow changes and complete cross-functional training in a timely manner.
- Participate in day to day projects or any other duties as assigned.
**About you**
- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Previous experience handling social media inquiries and escalations
- Have a good understanding of how to manage social media conversations & chatter.
- Have passion for creativity and experimenting in service excellence, thinking about new ways to improve the customer experience, especially on digital platforms.
- Positive attitude, superb attention to detail and a strong problem solver.
- Able to work with mínimal direction and support and achieve a high level of output and success.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Being able to speak another language is a plus.
- Ability to travel to Labrador Park and be based out of the office when required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with CRM and Social Media tools is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
