**Make an Impact by**:

- Manage daily operations together with the appointed vendors on the various support and maintenance activities:

- To trouble shoot, identify and fix the technical and operational issues as per SLA.
- To provide root cause analysis of the issue.
- Follow-up with incidents resolution with business users to closure.
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
- Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues and incidents.
- Respond and report promptly to management and business users regarding critical outages until resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Provide 7 x 24 production support including weekends and holidays

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, software or computer engineering fields or equivalent.
- Experience in technical areas: Database Query using Oracle, PL/SQL, MSSQL, C, C++,.Net
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with other internal /external departments, and personnel of various levels.
