**About Flagright**:
Flagright is an AI-native AML compliance platform for regulated financial institutions. We are building the modern standard in financial crime compliance (FCC) software to transform compliance programs and reduce associated costs by orders of magnitude.
**Role Overview**:
The Founder’s Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO across various strategic and operational functions. This position offers a unique opportunity for a new graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment. You will be directly involved in high-impact projects that drive the company’s growth and success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the CEO in daily operations, including project management, research, and coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external meetings
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with different departments (sales, marketing, product) to align company goals and strategies
- Support sales efforts by getting involved in sales processes across the board
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for new employees
- Support FP&A and budgeting working with the CEO
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring efficient workflows
- Work on ad hoc projects related to growth, fundraising, and expansion initiatives
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, ensuring smooth communication
**Requirements**:
- Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- High IQ and EQ
- Love for tech and capitalism
- Strong taste for aesthetics and attention to detail
- High agency and low ego
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with high quality
- Ability to remain efficient in high pressure environments and stressful situations
- Very high bar for confidentiality & protecting trade secrets
- Enjoy work
- Familiarity with the fintech or FCC industry is a plus, but not required. Law, engineering, venture backgrounds preferred.
