Eclectic Innovation is a Singapore-based venture studio. We are spinning out our first project and are seeking a dynamic Co-Founder to spearhead our project's growth initiatives. The primary responsibilities are growth hacking strategies and influencer marketing to drive massive traffic and engagement to the project's digital properties.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Co-Founder with deep expertise in digital growth and online traffic acquisition. You'll be responsible for validating, testing, and scaling our content business.

We're particularly excited about founders who understand the power of social media, content virality, and emerging digital platforms in capturing modern consumer attention and building engaged online communities.

About The Project

The project is a digital content automation platform built from scratch and enabled by AI. It encompasses several social media channels and brands that have found success in audience acquisition. For example, the TikTok channel has acquired 50k followers in 60 days using only the project's automation. We now seek to scale out in two directions: 1) driving traffic to a wholly-owned content aggregator to capture 100% of the ad-revenue and 2) opening the platform for external users to adopt.

As a co-Founder, you would be instrumental in the next stage of evolution of the project.

• Growth Obsession : You're driven to achieve exponential user acquisition and engagement growth. You live and breathe metrics, conversion optimization, and viral mechanics.
• Digital Native : You thrive in fast-paced online environments, constantly testing new platforms, tools, and growth channels. You have an instinct for what content and campaigns will resonate with digital audiences.
• Data-Driven Creativity : You balance creative thinking with analytical rigor, using A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to continuously optimize growth strategies.
