**Job Description: Lead Product Manager**
- Define product roadmap, product requirements and priority
- Manage / lead / coach product team members
- Perform all needed work to drive the product development lifecycle (user interviews, competitive research, wireframes, user flow and exception handling, documentation, system analysis, product delivery, etc)
- Align key internal stakeholders on product requirement and delivery within and outside product / engineering teams
- Perform the Product Owner role in the Agile team. Help lead / support scrum processes (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Develop a strong understanding customer needs, market/industry trend, and competition
- A hunger for building exceptional product and entrepreneurship Perform needed ad-hoc duties for the Product Team from time to time
**You Will**:
- Be part of our mission to develop innovative and industry-leading product strategies and roadmaps that uniquely serve our customers and differentiate us from the competition.
- Focus on technical product management which involves coordination of multiple teams delivering scalable technical functionalities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering a delightful experience to our customers. Collaborate across functions in the company such as marketing, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to define our go-to-market plans and scale our business processes.
**You have**:
- 7-10 years of outstanding and relevant product management and technical experiences in developing technically complex products. We are industry-agnostic but knowledge of Payments is a plus, and the learning curve will be steeper for someone who does not have Payment industry experience.
- You have a track record showing your ability to work on complex technical issues and integrations
- You should be comfortable spending time in deep discussions with senior engineers (both internal and external) and should be comfortable/proficient working on new integrations with external parties
- You are comfortable articulating the technical risks of various options (including build vs. buy), and know how to articulate the nuances and trade-offs of various options clearly
- You’re the type of person who finds problems others may not have seen yet (even cross-function) and proposes pragmatic solutions, prioritizing company needs over team boundaries.
- You are interested in writing out and structuring good technical documentations and requirements
- You’re prepared to dive deep into workflows/processes to help us scale while ensuring a delightful customer experience, working across teams to try and ensure that nothing is missed and no customer is left behind.
- People naturally look to you for leadership/guidance and you’re prepared (both in experience and temperament) to make weighty judgment calls. At the same time you’re always humble and know the limits of your expertise and when to escalate decisions/seek further alignment.
- You should also be a master of stakeholder management (or be prepared to become one) - in particular, we work closely with many external partners/vendors and you should be savvy about how to manage our partners/relationships/commercials to ensure our business needs are met.
