This role will lead and support maintaning of the Health, Safety Enviroment (HSE) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems and processes with the HSE team and Country operations. Review and update APAC HSE policies, procedures and other documentation as per emerging markets (eg: Robotics and Equipment Safety, Design For Safety, Lithium Battery and Electrical Safety, etc) and provides expertise information and advice surrounding such documentation and related processes. Assists the business in communication and campaigns including but not limited to continuous review tasks and supporting specific projects, as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ongoing maintenance of the overarching HSE & BCM Management System including all policies, DSC APAC procedures, forms, safety bulletins, inspection checklists, GEMBA checks, Safety Folders, Training Matrix, Safety Engagement Plans, LOGIC's, Business Continuity Mgt (BCM) etc, as amended.
- Liaise and support with Global HSE to deliver the Global Supply Chain Safety First strategy within the region, ensuring safe operations and continuous improvement of Health and Safety standards.
- Liaise and support witth Global BCM to ensure the effective and continual development of BCM management.
- Leads and co-ordinates the transference of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) knowledge and competencies into operational management.
- Monitors and checks Region HSE/ BCM performances and standards are constantly aligned and meeting to DSC APAC HSE Framework and Strategy.
- Provides advice to Region HSE team / Country management teams on safety matters using HSE procedures, safety bulletins and standards, in addition, assists with the standardisation of HSE activities and information.
- Promotion of continuous HSE awareness to be further cascaded and implemented in Country and Regional levels.
- Tracks HSE/ BCM compliance and performance and necessary data analysis to share with region and ensuring Countries HSE and site management are leading as required.

**Requirements**:

- 5 to 7 years experience in HSE activities and / or injury prevention & rehabilitation in a sports or workplace environment
- Minimum 3 years within Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation field
- Professional competence in the Safety and BCM function
- Experience of working in multiple geographies is essential for this role
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE)
- Other certifications in Robotics Safety, Design For Safety, BCM, Fire Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Microsoft Tools, PowerBI, etc. are desirable
- Strong analytical skills and experience of managing budgets are required
