**Job Description**:
You will be part of a dynamic team which oversees the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

The Executive/ Senior Executive will support the Emergency Planning Office in executing hospital-wide programs in the areas of ERM, BCM and civil emergency / pandemic preparedness. You will have opportunities to:

- Support in the identification of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and development of control measures.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to develop business continuity plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a crisis.
- Facilitate and conduct training on ERM and BCM
- Co-ordinate and implement initiatives, programmes and deployments to enhance hospital’s readiness in crisis management.

What a typical day looks like:

- Support the review of regular reports and documents under Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management, with engagement of stakeholders
- Support the planning and implementation of Emergency Planning projects
- Provide secretariat support for Emergency Planning-related meetings and track matters arising, project timelines and updates
- Monitor and update Emergency Planning-related KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare operations and administration;
- Prior exposure to business continuity management systems and enterprise risk management preferred;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (presentation, written, and listening) skills to work across different family groups internally and with external stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with the capacity to think strategically and innovatively
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details;
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment and be adaptable to new issues that arise as a result of managing emergency situations;
An independent individual who also works well in a team setting;
