Merchandising at Castlery balances art and analytics — building thoughtful assortments that speak to both style and strategy
**What you'll be doing**:
- Drive end-to-end new product development (NPD) independently, from initial alignment to product launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and successful execution of product initiatives.
- Support the manager in daily operational tasks, including sourcing briefs, seasonal launches, pricing, and product training.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data, spot emerging trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communicator with the interpersonal skills needed to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
