**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Support the design and implementation of the Foundation's strategic roadmap, including conducting environmental scans and landscape surveys to identify areas for impactful action.
- **Program Development**: Create and oversee pilot programs, ensuring a continuous pipeline of initiatives that align with the Foundation’s goals and values.
- **Program Monitoring & Compliance**: Track the progress of approved programs to ensure they meet desired outcomes, manage grant disbursements, and ensure all activities comply with governance and legal regulations. Prepare timely program reports as needed.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with business units, partners, community members, grantees, and policymakers to support the Foundation’s initiatives.
- **Budget Management**: Plan and manage the Foundation’s operating budget, track expenses, and prepare accurate financial reports.
- **Marketing & Communication**: Develop content for the Foundation’s website and create marketing materials, including visual assets. Work with Public Affairs and Brand Marketing teams to strengthen the Foundation’s brand reputation.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in various daily activities related to the Foundation’s operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within a foundation or non-profit, with strong skills in stakeholder management
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-motivated, independent, and resilient, with the ability to work well in uncertain situations
