Are you a strong communicator who thrives at the center of operations? We're looking for an After-Sales Coordinator to join our team — someone who can bridge the gap between our customers and factory, ensuring smooth coordination and fast resolutions after the sale.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for after-sales matters — managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Coordinate with the factory on product issues, replacements, or service solutions.

Follow up closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

Monitor order statuses and timelines — keeping everyone in the loop.

Maintain clear, organized records and service logs in our systems.

Analyze recurring issues and collaborate on long-term improvements.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in after-sales service, logistics coordination, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing or product-based industry).

Excellent communication skills — able to speak clearly with customers and coordinate effectively with factories, suppliers, or technical teams.

Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple cases and timelines without missing a beat.

Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and comfortable working with order tracking tools.

Bonus: Experience with import/export documentation or manufacturing workflows.
