  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused After-Sales Service Salesman to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-quality material handling equipment such as cranes and hoists, providing tailored maintenance and repair solutions to valued clients. You will enjoy a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and strong career growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell after‑sales services and preventive maintenance packages for Interlift's cranes, hoists, and material-handling equipment.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
  • Support customers during service emergencies and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in technical sales or after-sales service, preferably in lifting equipment or related industries.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical equipment is an advantage.
