**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions;
- Oversee finance department employees and set effective department KPIs;
- Resourceful, hands-on financial support with vast experience in finance accounting, management reporting, taxation and payroll;
- Work closely with inhouse and external counterparts to ensure that target expense, capex and headcounts are monitored closely with quarterly forecasts;
- Oversee financial account (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) and costing team to achieve timely closing of accounts, submission of quarterly forecast and budget;
- Responsible for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary;
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
- Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company;
- Research and analyse financial reports and market trends;
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making;
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports;
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings;
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes;
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company;
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role;
- Superior mathematical skills; strong in numbers;
- Strong leadership skills and has at least 5 years of experience leading a team;
- Understanding of data privacy standards;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; good public speaking skills;
- Has a deep understanding of business principles and practices;
- Has superior attention to detail;
- Excellent organisational and planning skills;
- Must be hands-on and work with operations to achieve business excellence;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills;
- Upholds strong integrity and honesty

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

- Corporate finance: 3 years (preferred)
