We are currently looking for Finance / Accounts Executive, and we would like to invites bright and energetic individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding career to join us.
**Working days & hours - Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm**
- Assist in accounts receivable & accounts payables activities.Reconcile with general ledger control figures.
Prepare Journals, entries, closing monthly reporting.
- Assist in generating financial reports.Responsible for filing and timely processing of accounting entries.
Processing of payments to suppliers - local & overseas including taxes and other statutory payments.
Prepare and submit tax return / GST return.
Check bank balances and prepare cash position reports.
Payroll & CPF contributions.
- Maintain filing and documents in a methodical manner.Provide accounting and admin support whenever needed & also other ad-hoc duties when required.
**Requirements**:
- A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
- Two to three years’ experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manages time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
- Well Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A good team player.
- Positive, meticulous and result-oriented.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
