**Job Description**:

- Maintaining and updating our database and student records through our school management system.
- Monitoring daily schedules of teachers and students to ensure the smooth running of classes.
- Dealing with and evaluating all academic affairs related to ERF (e.g. course registration, course planning and course delivery, AEB meetings)
- Evaluation of students based on their individual learning progress.
- Completing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Dealing with all examination related matters including registration, payments for examinations etc.
- Event Organisations (e.g. seminors, music concerts, community activities)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in music performance.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in PEIs (including academic matters related to ERF).
- Familiar with academic matters related to PEIs.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
