Regional Key Account Manager: IT Channels

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for key SEA accounts.
- Collaborate with Channel Director on short
- and long-term business plans for regional IT managed partners.
- Manage business plan execution through stakeholder consultation and collaboration.
- Identify and implement initiatives to grow the Channel partnership base by understanding regional vertical markets.
- Meet IT partner business targets, align internal strategies, and support partners with training and resources.
- Develop marketing programs, manage sales funnels, resolve conflicts, and ensure operational and financial management for partners.
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years of experience in account/partner management, ideally with regional key accounts.
- Proven success in developing and executing sales business plans.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a focus on ownership of challenges and opportunities.
