**About the Head of Growth & Product Marketing role**
The Head of Growth & Product Marketing will be accountable for the top of the funnel, focusing on driving brand awareness, increasing qualified website traffic, and converting visitors into leads. You will oversee marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B segments, targeting travellers looking to book villas, property owners seeking rental opportunities, and travel agents looking for partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy, Leadership & Execution**:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation across both B2C and B2B funnels.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a growing team, currently comprising a Paid Marketing & SEO Specialist, a Social Media Executive and a Full-Time Content Writer.
- Drive initiatives to expand Villa Finder’s presence in Asia and Europe, leveraging market insights and growth tactics.
- Develop strategies to attract property owners and travel agents, ensuring Villa Finder remains the top choice in villa rentals.
**2. Brand & Communications**:
- Define and implement the brand's vision, mission, and positioning.
- Develop long-term strategies to build brand equity and increase market share.
- Support & align communication from the whole team.
- Position Villa Finder as a leader in the vacation rental industry (eg. podcast, newsletter, conference).
**3. Cross-Channel Performance Marketing**:
- Oversee performance across paid channels, SEO, content marketing, and social media to maximize ROI.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize budgets, and refine strategies to meet growth targets aligned with company revenue and profit goals.
**4. Conversion Rate Optimization & Retention**:
- Coordinate with our Product Manager to optimize the websites’ user journey to uplift conversion rate.
- Work closely with our researcher to understand user preferences and pain points.
- Set up experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
- Enhance the communication of the company USPs across our websites.
- Launch communication and product initiatives to enhance customer loyalty & referral.
**About You**:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product development or growth marketing, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.
- Familiarity with UX principles and product development frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Strong data-driven & experiment-based approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of B2C and B2B marketing & sales strategies.
- Knowledge of our B2C target market: families in Europe and Asia.
- Experience in managing and scaling marketing teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
