
Admin Accounts Assistant

We are a learning centre for children with special needs. One of the most important roles in our centre is the account assistant, who holds our operations together. The account assistant ensures all the accounts records are kept accurately and that our customers are served to the highest level.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations in the center.
- Prepare and maintain accurate billing and invoicing records and ensure timely billing and collection of payments.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping.
- Communicate with clients, addressing inquiries payment and schedule related.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks as required by the company's operational needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Training is provided for web based billing software)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working hours : 5 working days (Tuesday - Saturday, 8.30am - 6.00pm)
Work location : East Area (Joo Chiat Road)
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
