We offer 2 possible packages:
**1) Full time CA (fixed pay package)**:

- The gross pay shall be $1.8k to $2k per month
- work 44 hours per week. Fixed working hours inclusive of some nights and weekend shifts
- entitled to usual paid annual leave; paid MC
- Minimum 13th month bonus.

3) **Admin Executive** **(fixed pay package)**:
Workplace : Marine Terrace
- The gross pay shall be $2.5k to $3k per month
- work 44 hours per week. Fixed working hours inclusive of some nights and weekend shifts
- entitled to usual paid annual leave; paid MC
- Minimum 13th month bonus.
- $12 to $14 per hour (depending on experience)
- work 44 hours per week. Fixed working hours inclusive of some nights and weekend shifts
- Gross pay of $2.3k per month

3) **Admin Executive** **(fixed pay package)**:
Workplace : Marine Terrace
- The gross pay shall be $2.5k to $3k per month
- work 44 hours per week. Fixed working hours inclusive of some nights and weekend shifts
- entitled to usual paid annual leave; paid MC
- Minimum 13th month bonus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- IT literacy for administrative duties
- Good communication skills/ with customer service skills
- Stays near clinic
- No experience necessary, as training is provided
- Commit 1 year or longer (preferred)

JOB SCOPE
- Front desk administrative duties including registration of patients and dispensing of medications
- Cashiering duties
- Scheduling of medical appointments
- Assist doctors including chaperone; procedures; etc.
