Oem Partner Manager, Google Chrome

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience across enterprise hardware manufacturing and distribution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple types of enterprise partners.
- Experience establishing impactful partnerships and executing agreements.
- Familiarity with IT Channel across hardware and software platforms.
- Ability to navigate complex organization and to lend a hand wherever needed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to comfortably interact with partners and Google’s executive management.
- Driven to deliver results for the team and comfortable with shifting priorities.
**About the job**:
In this role, you will develop relationships and works closely with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Sales People, Product Managers, and Technical Teams focusing on Chrome OS Commercial device market opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the End to End Enablement of Chrome OS via OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and work closely with Google account teams to develop joint pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with the OEM strategic influencers and key decision makers and understand the OEM’s current and future needs as well as its position in the value chain and industry.
- Share insights and knowledge on the OEM with the greater Google team to support Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and innovation. Provide the right value proposition, relationship, products, and offers.
- Coordinate and execute key enablement activities on a regular and ongoing basis which would include Lessons and Learns and small group sessions.
- Regular interlock with the key sellers to provide pipeline and opportunity support, and project manage key programs and evaluate return on investment.
