Operations Manager

For this role, we are looking for someone who can mainly focus in managing a various outlet under Initia. (Salons/Operations)

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist other Managers in providing leadership and direction to all employees
- Monitor hiring, training and developing new employees
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with the Outlet Manager to lead staff and Supporting Outlet manager as needed
- Other tasks given by the Boss/Bosses

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience as an assistant operations/outlet manager or with beauty-related management.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Team player
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
