**Role Summary**:
Oversee operations and strategic expansion across international locations.

Build and mentor high-performing support teams, emphasizing efficiency and accountability.

Dynamic professional, late 20s to 30s, without family commitments.

Based in Singapore for the initial year, with flexibility to relocate.

Leadership potential with a willingness to enforce discipline and manage effectively. No extensive management experience required, but must be eager to learn and resilient.
