**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Liaison**:Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that all internal teams (design, print production) and external vendors are aligned.
- **Vendor Management**:Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with printers, suppliers, and other external partners.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure the final print product meets client requirements and quality standards, troubleshooting issues in the production process when needed.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:Monitor and control the project budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the production cycle.
- **Communication**:Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, potential risks, or delays.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential issues early in the process and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
