Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate printing staff across all shifts.
Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time completion of print jobs.
Inspect printed materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to reduce downtime.
Train new staff on printing processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Manage inventory of printing supplies and initiate orders when necessary.
Prepare reports on production output, quality issues, and staff performance.
Partner with the QA team to conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for quality non-conformance.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Section Head in a printing plant, or at least 5 years as a Senior Operator in sheetfed printing.
Strong knowledge of prepress-to-print workflow (mandatory).
Proficient in operating common sheetfed printing press brands such as Mitsubishi, Ryobi MHI, Heidelberg, ManRoland, KBA, and Komori.
Willing to work shifts.
Working Location
: Tuas (Near MRT station)
