Key Responsibilities

  • Support product packaging, labelling, and shipping arrangements.

  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers and track delivery status.

  • Assist in order data entry and system updates.

  • Support inventory counts, material organization, and stock record updates.

  • Assist finance team with order reconciliation, invoicing, and document filing.

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Google Sheet & MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Interest in e-commerce operations and back-end processes.
