Marketing Executive, Office Leasing Advisory

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Producer to join our Office Leasing Advisory team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in commercial real estate, with a focus on office leasing. As a PR1, you will support senior team members in various aspects of the leasing process and work towards developing your own portfolio of clients and properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist senior brokers in managing client relationships and servicing existing accounts.
Conduct market research and prepare reports on office market trends, rental rates, and occupancy levels.
Support the creation of property marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and presentations.
Coordinate and attend property inspections and client meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.
Assist in preparing lease proposals, letters of intent, and other transaction-related documents.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential clients and opportunities.
Help organize and participate in networking events and industry conferences.
Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Research, and Property Management to ensure comprehensive client service.
Develop a thorough understanding of the Singapore office market and keep abreast of industry trends and developments.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry
Strong interest in pursuing a career in office leasing and advisory services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by client needs
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Singapore
