Office Leasing Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute marketing strategies to develop office sales business and to maximize office leasing performance for the company's portfolio of properties.
- Sales and marketing of office properties.
- Ensure accurate information in preparing and executing the marketing plan, including preparation of marketing collaterals.
- Build and grow prospect networks for sales and lease.
- Identify prospects or work with property agents to secure office sales and new lease.
- Attend to sales/leasing enquiries and conduct sales presentations/site viewings.
- Support the leasing team in meeting leasing targets and lease management operations.
- Proactive engagement with tenants on lease renewals.
- Liaise with external lawyers and asset manager on lease review.
- Work with building's operations team to ensure tenant deliverables are met.
- Establish strong and collaborative landlord-tenant relationship.
- Provide clients with periodic market updates and reports.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the reporting officer/HOD.
Requirements
Key Requirements but not limited to:
- CEA registered.
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing and sales of office or retail or residential property.
- Office leasing experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with high sales drive.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a team.
