Job Description
  • Manage the leasing process for office properties, including sourcing and securing tenants.
  • Collaborate with tenants to address leasing inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Support the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform leasing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property handovers and tenant onboarding.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on leasing performance and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and databases for effective tracking.
The Successful Applicant

A successful ESR - Office Leasing - AM/ Senior Exe/ Exe should have:

  • Experience or interest in the property sector, particularly in office leasing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interactions.
  • Attention to detail and organisational abilities for managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in leasing documentation and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to analyse market data and contribute to strategic decisions.
