Job Overview

We are looking for an Office Leasing expert to manage office property leasing processes, including sourcing and securing tenants. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and be responsible for managing office property leasing processes, including sourcing and securing tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and secure tenants through effective marketing and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with tenants to address leasing inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform leasing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property handovers and tenant onboarding.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on leasing performance and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and databases for effective tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience or interest in the property sector, particularly in office leasing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interactions.
  • Attention to detail and organisational abilities for managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in leasing documentation and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to analyse market data and contribute to strategic decisions.
