- about 6 hours ago- We are currently working with one of the fastest growing private equity real estate players in the region to look for a Leasing and marketing executive to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting, energetic team with a strong, open culture with a strong desire to grow aggressively, regionally.**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing Function:
- Engage in collaborative idea generation and drive marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Take charge of coordinating and implementing marketing and promotion plans that are in line with the organization's objectives.
- Aid in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, sales kits, social media content, digital marketing assets, videos, etc.
- Monitor the advertising and promotional budget, as well as expenditure.
- Collaborate with designated marketing agencies to optimize property sales conversions.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities in residential and office property markets.
- Plan and execute local and international roadshows and events for new property launches.

Sales & Leasing Admin Function:
- Coordinate with external vendors for timely provision of services, quotations, and job deliveries.
- Manage sales and leasing administration tasks, including conveyancing timelines and processes, PDI (Property Defects Inspection), and Sales and Purchase Agreement.
- Track the progress of unit stage payments and follow up with solicitors as necessary.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of buyer profiles and progress payment updates.
- Provide updates on buyer profiles to management and joint venture partners for new sales.
- Prepare and submit sales and purchase agreements for approval.
- Handle invoicing related to project marketing and sales commission.
- Prepare documentation and offer administrative support for project launches.
- Supervise administrative procedures, documentation, and filing within the department.
- Assist in property tax tabulation.
- Aid in administrative paperwork, filing, and searches to meet AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and TF (Terrorist Financing) requirements for ongoing sales projects awaiting TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit).

Leasing Function:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants, promptly addressing feedback, requests, and tenant-related issues.
- Secure new tenancies, conduct viewings, and establish rapport with property agents.
- Negotiate and oversee lease terms with existing tenants.
- Collaborate closely with management, operations, and facility management teams to ensure a smooth transition for tenants before and after move-in.
- Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement and take necessary steps to recover any outstanding arrears.
- Assist in the preparation of Tenancy Agreements and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
- Coordinate unit reinstatement works and liaise with relevant contractors and vendors to ensure units are in a rentable condition.

**Key Requirements**:

- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field with a Real Estate Developer
- Have experience running campaigns for Residential and Commercial Developments
- Driven, humble and has an affable personality
