**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Summary**:
The Executive Assistant will be part of AWAK organization reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. He/She is responsible for providing comprehensive support in calendar management, travel booking, and handling correspondence for the CEO and directors. The Executive Assistant must be able to handle multi-task and ensure company operation is able to run smoothly for paper works and administrative tasks.The Executive Assistant must support the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager for procurement activities to ensure purchase requisition is handled and in place.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Procurement activities for the R&D projects (medical devices) and to ensure their timely arrival.
- Manage Purchase requisition and Purchase order.
- Assist in the administering of Price List, Supplier Contracts, and Operations Doctrines.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Manager on operations and its related issue, review the program structure as and when required.
- Analyse performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Update and maintain corporate database
- Provide day-to-day general office administrative support (i.e. mails, dispatch, courier services, printing, stationeries, and pantry refreshments)
- Create, update and maintain office & corporate documents
- Managing, coordinating, and organising CEO & Directors’ meetings and calendar.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Handling CEO and Directors’ monthly reimbursement/claims.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Education and Skill Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder with 2 years experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft office software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Independent worker with minor supervision required
- Possess positive working attitude - self-motivated and highly detailed
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in handling paperwork.
