Looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of an HR Executive in a Construction company.
- **Responsibilities & Requirements**:_
- **General**_
- Maintains accurate records of all current employees' information
- Assist in handling and managing recruitment matters, including onboarding/orientation of new hires & offboarding
- Submission of employee data in accordance to project/site requirements
- Assist with insurance related matters
- Handle with Heavy Vehicle URA matters
- **Payroll**_
- Manage time attendance and process workers' payroll monthly.
- Provide timely and accurate processing of payroll including payroll reports and data in compliance with company's policies and local law and regulations.
- Handles all payroll-related functions such as overtime, allowances, CPF contributions, taxation submission etc.
- Process IR21 and/or any other statutory leave claims with the respective government agencies and government grant matters.
- **Work Passes**_
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- **Qualifications**:_
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess strong work ethics and keep the information confidential
- Positive work attitude & Able to multitask
- Independent
- Tenacity to work in fast-paced dynamic environment
Work Location: Tuas (office) - 10 Tuas South Street 7 Singapore 637114
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
