DEUTZ has recently established a new regional management office in Singapore to strengthen its presence and operations in the APAC region (Singapore, Korea, Japan, India, Australia).

The **Executive Assistant APAC (M/F/d)** is a newly created role that will report to the Regional Managing Director & CFO APAC, while also supporting the Regional Chief Sales Officer APAC, as well es local office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the calendars of our regional leaders, coordinating appointments and meetings with precision.
- Create reports, presentations, and other key documents as needed as basis for decisions to drive our business forward.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Monitor and track tasks, ensuring timely completion to support team performance.
- Handle time and attendance for our local team in Singapore with accuracy.
- Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines effectively and coordinate relevant stakeholders according to the needs of the regional directors.
- Plan and execute team meetings and events, both on-site in Singapore and remotely, including virtual gatherings.
- Assist with travel planning, expense submission and tracking, budgeting, and financial documentation.
- Maintain regional office operations, including ordering supplies, managing facilities, and ensuring compliance with local workplace regulations.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) is crucial.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role, supporting senior leadership, is a must.
- Relevant vocational education or higher.
- Strong skills in MS Office.
- Experience in SAP advantageous.
- Positive, solution-oriented personality and can do work attitude.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with equal effectiveness.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
