**Role**: Sales Development Representative/ SDR

NEXTGEN oSpace provides outsourced Sales and Prospecting services to software companies entering the Asia Pacific market on a contract basis. In response to an increased demand for our services we are looking for seasoned Inside Sales professionals. Those who can reach out and qualify senior management in mid to large organisations, for enterprise software solutions. This role is a full-time role and would be of particular interest if you like to work from home, while being part of a professional Sales and Marketing company.

Our clients vary from well-established global leaders in ERP, Business Application solutions, IT infrastructure software, IT Security, and services solutions through to start-up overseas companies entering the Asia Pacific market for the first time.

This role suits experienced inside sales professionals or sales professionals who would like to return to work, perhaps after a period away from working, or as an alternative to a full-time role. While the roles are full time, we are open to the right person who wants to work for 75% of full time hours.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) on client campaigns. This is typically one MQL for every 12 hours of outreach time spent

Documenting and submitting lead reports in a time fashion

Recording outcome of conversations and information collected in our CRM

Participating in client review meetings

Generating MQL leads on oSpace new client recruitment campaigns

**Preferred qualifications**:
You will have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in SDR, new business development and client acquisition skills. You will possess superior prospecting and influencing skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. With good Enterprise Software business experience, you will have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
