**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Brainstorm and implement recruitment and retention strategies for Hiap Giap
- Coordinate and advertise job opportunities through various mediums
- Screen and interview potential applicants
- Initiate recruitment fairs with WDA, e2i CDCs etc.
- Liaise with schools regarding possible opportunities for internships, traineeships and management trainee programs
- Design and implement career progression for employees
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager
- Monitor and update staff attendance
- Process Payroll timely using Info-tech HRMS
- Process Monthly CPF
- Process Annual AWS and applicable Bonuses
- Implement orientation for new hires and design orientation content
- Develop HR policy for operations and ensure it is aligned across the organization
- Routinely check for feedback and suggestions from employees
- Organise recreational activities followed by collection of feedback from employees to improve the process
- Routine collection of HR information (salary, regulations etc.)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
