**SCOPE OF ROLE**:
Responsible for procuring goods and services for Plaza Premium Group. To seek the best available quality for the lowest price. They evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and review product quality. Assisting and hold accountability to ensure that purchasing operation are properly managed.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To assist and work with a team for food and non-food categories and other non-procurement activities as assigned.
- Reporting to Regional Head of procurement and work with regional team.
- To assist the buyer team to high performances to meet their yearly targets and to ensure compliances to all policies and guidelines
- To assist on negotiation with a large purchasing volume on high spending items.
- To assist and define local procurement strategies for a different segment to ensure long-term, cost-effective in COGS.
- To assist with contract and price negotiations for large volumes to contribute to the profitability of the COGS.
- Implementation of alternative procurement sources to minimize stock times, inventory levels and costs toward cost reduction/ cost saving without compromise the quality of good/services.
- Regular contacts with interface partners with kitchen and operation team to develop info in market, demand and etc.
- Analyze and controlling of contractual agreements. Prepare for renegotiations/ subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee vendors.
- To assist with Vendor Management, gain the best vendors and guarantee an optimum supply chain including minimizing of purchasing risks.
- To maintain and assist in monitoring existing contract management with vendor and new vendor toward best practice in cost saving plan.
