**Responsibilities**:

- Develop platforms for discussion and to formulate positions for social and workplace policies.
- Develop and review policies and lead research to support overall strategic outcomes and policy agenda.
- Assess and identify areas for strategic policy reviews, determine review scope and supervise the conduct of reviews.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for consultation and development of joint policy positions.
- Foster greater policy-comms nexus to capture greater public mindshare of the organisation’s advocacies.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Political Science or other related fields
- Experience in policy deliberation and formulation
- Experience in conducting policy and data analysis.
- Possess strong analytical and writing skills.
- Able to engage multiple stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills
