We are partnered with a global shipping and logistics company. Due to their current business expansion, they are looking for a General Manager/Sales for their new office in Singapore.
- Develop new accounts and manage current customers at a country level to achieve sales objectives
- Development of product including pricing strategy to support new sales potential
- Target and develop trade lanes to bring focus
- To lead and manage the development of business acquisition projects with sales strategies
- Handle after-sales and manage contingency plans to prevent split business and customer defection

Requirements to qualify for the role:

- Minimum educational diploma required
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience with an NVOCC or freight forwarding background
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Persistent self-starter who is excited to guide across functional teams through complex analysis
